The owner/driver acknowledges and agrees that:

• No fix No fee only applies if, in the very unfortunate and highly unlikely event, we are unable to drain or remove the wrong fuel from your vehicle, we will NOT require any form of payment.
• Fuel Draining Specialists does not guarantee that the vehicle will be cured of any defects due to the administration of wrong fuel by the owner/driver.
• In the highly unlikely event the vehicle does not start or starts with obvious running issues the owner will be required to take the vehicle to a mechanic to undertake a thorough check over the vehicle.
• There is a highly unlikely possibility that the vehicle may not start or potentially have running issues once the fuel draining process has been completed due to damage caused by the administration of the wrong fuel.
• There may be permanent damage to the vehicle’s engine or fuel system due to the wrong fuel being administered into the vehicle by the owner/driver.
• The owner/driver forever release and indemnify Fuel Draining Specialists and its agents from any claim, action, lawsuit or demand arising out of or from the services performed at the request of the owner/driver.
